Anzac Cookies

Ingredients:

4 cups    rolled oats

1 1/2 cups    rapadura or (dark brown) sugar

1 cup    dessicated coconut

1 tsp    baking powder

1/2 cup    water

Method:

In coffee grinder grind 2 cups of oats into flour.

Mix together dry ingredients then mix in water.

Place spoonfuls onto lined baking trays and shape into biscuits.

Bake at 200*C for 20 minutes.
