Bloom

Well, when people get challenging, and frustrated, they can get difficult! But we need to be patient, and to pray that they will cool off. Calmly approach them, and gently ask if they are alright, take it from there, and just remember to pray! XO

When we get frustrated it is hard to think and we make rash decisions. Any tips on how to deal with frustrated people and how to talk to them?

I think that it's important to bloom where you're planted because you might as well make the best of a situation because a flower can't uproot it's self and walk/stumble/fly to another piece of ground and start to grow because they don't like the area in which they had grown. I think it's necessary to try to perfect one's own space before trying to help others. There is a parable in the Bible about a man who tried to pluck a splinter out of a friend's eye while he had a pole in his eye. It's sounds a bit crazy, I must admit but it make sense in the context of trying to help some one when you need help more then them!

That's why I think that it's necessary to bloom where you're planted before trying to help someone else to bloom first.
